Thank you, Anacortes!
Words cannot express my appreciation for the support of Anacortes voters, 63% of whom cast their vote for me in the general election. Now that the election’s over, I’m wasting no time transitioning from the campaign to preparation for governance. And your role isn’t over either! I’ll be looking for your continued input, ideas, and support in the coming weeks and month—not for me, but for the future of the City of Anacortes.
I stand for–
Open and transparent government. No more decisions behind closed doors!
Collaborative leadership. I know how to build teams that accomplish their goals!
Economic development. I want to attract compatible, 21st century businesses to Anacortes that pay good wages and don’t harm our environment.
Protecting neighborhood integrity. We need clear zoning regulations that protect the character of our neighborhoods.
Preserving our environment. My strong environmental record is reflected in my endorsement by Washington Conservation Voters.
Reinvigorating Commercial Avenue. Let’s enhance our front step at the south end of Commercial and keep business on our side of the bridge.
